Season Pass Terms & Conditions

This Season Pass is a revocable license that grants unlimited entry into the Space Needle during regular business hours excluding special events or other closures and subject to capacity restrictions and daily visiting time limits.  Entry is valid only from 10/1/2025 through 5/31/2026, and the Season Pass, and value expires once that date and time have passed. This Season Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.  A Season Pass is for non-commercial use and is valid only for the person named on the pass, who may be required to provide identification for entry. No refunds or extensions will be issued or granted for closures for weather, special events, emergencies, or other causes.  We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to operate our facilities and amenities in the manner we deem appropriate. As our guest, you are required to comply with our health and safety rules and are cautioned to heed all warnings. By accepting admission with this Season Pass, you agree to release us from all responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, or damage which you may suffer, excepting any loss, injury, illness or damage caused by our reckless, willful or grossly negligent acts. You and any person accompanying the ticket holder, including minor(s), give us irrevocable permission to record yours/his/her/their image, name, voice, likeness, actions, and/or statements in any photo, footage, or display, whether live or recorded for any purpose in all types of media, in perpetuity and without compensation. Without refund or compensation, we may revoke or terminate this pass and/or refuse admission or expel any person whose conduct is objectionable or violates these terms and conditions. Herein “our”, “us” and “we” mean the owner and operator of The Space Needle when at the Space Needle, and their respective members, managers, officers, employees, and agents.  The Space Needle is a distinct legal entity. The Space Needle is not responsible or liable for the acts or omissions of the other or the other’s officers, employees, and agents. This Season Pass and entry are subject to the full terms and conditions viewable at www.spaceneedle.com/terms. We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the terms and conditions.

Food and beverage discounts are redeemable at all food and beverage locations at the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass during operating hours, subject to change. Discount does not apply on the purchase of alcoholic beverages or Loupe Lounge dining. 

Armory Food & Event Hall discounts are offered independently by participating Armory Vendors. The full list of participating vendors can be found at https://www.spaceneedle.com/seasonpass.  Seattle Center does not service or manage vendors. Discounts and participation are subject to change or modification by Seattle Center or participating vendors at any time without notice. Seattle Center is not responsible for injury or loss related to these offers.

Parking ramp disclaimer – parking ramp and discount are provided/serviced by Seattle Center. Seattle Center is not at fault for injury/loss.  Seattle Center has the right to change/modify advertised discount at any time, without notice. Subject to all Seattle Center rules and regulations and hours of operation. 

Retail discount does not apply to the purchase of Studio Edition Glass and Fine Art Prints by Chihuly. Purchases are limited and are not to exceed $500 per transaction.

VALID FOR 1 (one) Admission only. Valid anytime Oct 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026. NON TRANSFERABLE. NON REFUNDABLE. One ticket or voucher per person. No cancellations, refunds, rain checks or exchanges; will not be replaced if lost, stolen or unused. May not be copied or resold. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and ejection. Operating dates, hours, prices and policies subject to change without notice. Not valid during special or private events. Prices, policies, operating dates/hours are subject to change without notice. Only tickets obtained from Chihuly Garden and Glass or offices authorized by Chihuly Garden and Glass to sell/distribute tickets will be honored. 1 GENERAL ADMISSION TO SEATTLE ART MUSEUM

This ticket is a revocable license issued subject to SAM’s visitor and ticketing policies.  SAM reserves the right to terminate this license and refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct SAM deems inappropriate or who fails to comply with SAM’s rules or policies. SAM may photograph or record visitors for promotional, marketing, archival, and educational purposes. Use of this ticket is implied consent for SAM’s use of the image, likeness, voice, actions and/or statements of visitor (and visitor’s minor children) for museum-related purposes. Tickets are non-refundable. Unauthorized sale or duplication of this ticket is prohibited.
